One of the best Pattaya Guest Houses I have stayed in in the years I have been visiting Pattaya.
The rooms are spacious, clean, everything works, there is free wifi, and a great all day English Breakfast in the Cafe/Bookshop on the ground floor.
The place is excellently run and can be booked online with www.canterburytalescafe.com so no mess ups for the rooms.

Large rooms with Balcony, Bedroom & Separate lounge with sofe, Leather reclining chair, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD player, free DVD's, large fridge, good shower etc etc.
