Kiss Restaurant Pattaya
One of my favorite Pattaya Restaurants is the "Kiss" Restaurant on 2nd Road in Pattaya. ...right across Mike Shopping Mall on 2nd Road and Soi Diana.
Very good Thai and European Food. The service can be a little slow when it is packed but I have always been happy even if I had to wait.
Other Favs: Mum Aroi Pattaya, Vientiene, Mr. 99 Seafood, Sailor bar & restaurant on Soi 8 (good spaghetti).
I also like the food at Tukcom on South Pattaya Road (i believe that's where it is). They have a bunch of rests in the "basement". Air-con and same price and value than anywhere else.
There are a lot of street vendors I like as well.
