Where are the best Pattaya condos?

This is a question that is being asked frequently. Most Expats and Thais prefer the Jomtien and Pratumnak Hill area in Pattaya because it is quieter has less traffic and nicer beaches than the Pattaya Beach Road area and even Naklua, Wongamat.

Jomtien is more of a residential area and still has all the conveniences that central or south Pattaya offers.

• The "Majestic" Jomtien
  Fine living in Jomtien about 750 meters from Jomtien Beach with very nice condos.
• Paradise Condominium Jomtien
  Top location south end of Jomtien beach road with very nice facilities and condominiums.
• Plaza Phase 2 Jomtien
  Very central location at the north end of Jomtien beach road close to the nice Dongtan beach.
• Tientong Condotel
  One of the best locations in Jomtien and yet inexpensive. Right on Jomtien beach road.
• Peak Condominium
  Close to the well known cosy beach on Pratumank hill between Pattaya and Jomtien.
• Sweet2 Condotel
  Walking distance to Pattaya waterpark and close to Dongtan beach. Inexpensive yet very nice.
