Renting From Fairproperties in Pattaya

Is it safe I'm renting through Fairproperties in Pattaya a bungalow for 6 months,CAN NOT make contact shops locked and Chained phones disconected no response to emails. Is Fairproperties in Pattaya a reputable firm?

It looks like Fairproperties has closed business and the owner cleared off.
Many people are owed rent and deposits and how can this person be allowed to just get away with this.
Get back from holland you creep and give people their money.

Fairproperties and Viewtalay Scam

Hi

My personal experience with Fairproperties and Viewtalay is outrageous.
I rented a condo from Fairproperties in Viewtalay 1 from end of feb to middle of march 2010. I am already back in Europe, my wife
and kids are still there.

- After 2 days Viewtalay Admin cut off the water supply of the condo because the bills were not paid for 1 year by Fairproperties.
As Fairproperties office was closed (coincident? rather not!) I was forced to pay the bills at the Viewtalay Admin Office.
There were lots of other enraged falangs at both offices.....
- 2nd week Viewtalay Admin cut off the electricity, same game again.
- Now I fear I will never see my deposit again, as Fairproperties remains closed. And I know of other Falangs who had to fly home
without their deposits paid back.

I can't say how many time I spent running from one office to the other, just to get more frustrated!
I accuse Viewtalay also for being customer unfriendly because their not able to sort out their problems with Fairproperties, instead they
involve innocent people like me and others!

KEEP AWAY FROM FAIRPROPERTIES AND VIEWTALAY. NEVER RENT A CONDO THERE.

Read good and bad things about them in forums yet never rented from them.

Looked at their rental properties and think they are a little in the expensive side.

If you are renting you will prob pay a deposit. If you pay 1 month rent deposit what are you going to do with that much money in Baht when you leave Thailand?

I have heard they charge 1 month deposit for rentals.
