Thailand
Airlines just about from anywhere fly to Bangkok

Flying to Thailand and around Thailand
Airlines fly to Thailand from any most Major Cities in the world.

The new Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport officially opened on the 28th September of 2006 and it is easy to find your way around.

The old Don Muang airport re-opened on March 25th, 2007 for some domestic flights.

Plane Bangkok Airport

It never takes me much more than 30-45 minutes to get out of the airport.

Including immigration and baggage claim.
Flying to Thailand is easy from anywhere in the world.
There are 4 levels at the Suvarnabhumi Airport:

  1. level one-bus and taxi lobby to Bangkok and other destination like Bangkok to Pattaya.
  2. level two-is the arrival level, baggage claim.
  3. level three-is the level with the airports facilities
  4. level four-is the departure level
If you need to exchange money there is a money changer counter at the baggage claim.
They have a good exchange rate.
There are also ATM's at the Airport and usually the exchange rate is even a little better than cash exchange.

A taxi from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Don Muang Airport should cost around 500 baht.

If you would like to familiarize yourself with the Airport...the best Map of Suvarnabhumi Airport that I am aware of is here.
