When it comes to night life in Pattaya, there is probably not another city on this planet that offers such a variety in Entertainment venues than this City. There are some 3,000 registered beer bars, clubs, Agogo Bars, Discos , Karaoke bars, Bowling alleys, Go-Kart tracks, cinemas, restaurants, massage parlors....and the list goes on.

Pattaya is the oldest Tourist destination in Thailand and offers anything a Visitor could imagine and more. Water Sports abound. Jet ski, wind surfing, para sailing, scuba diving, sailing, snorkeling around the near and far islands, and anything else that has to do with water.

For the longest time shopping in Pattaya was not as good as in Bangkok but this changed in Jamuary 2009 with the opening of one of the largest shopping centers in South east Asia, the "Central Festival" in Pattaya.

The Sanctuary of Truth

A gigantic wooden construction which covers the area of more than two rais and it is one of the many things to do Pattaya Thailand has to offer. This is over 3200 square meters or a little less than one acre.

The purposes of decoration with wooden carve sculptures are to use art and culture as the reflection of Ancient Vision of Earth, Ancient Knowledge, and Eastern Philosophy.

Bungee Jump

Jump from 165 feet or 50 meters. The location is in a tropical setting near Jomtien beach. About 15 minutes east of Pattaya. Close to the Marine Beach Hotel located at a fishing lake. One jump plus a certificate of courage and insurance cost 1600 Baht. How's that for a 10 second thrill? Double check to make sure they are open.

...is about 15 kilometers from Pattaya, is a Thai-village-style recreation park. An area of over 600 acres of rolling hills and valleys. It has beautifully landscaped gardens, an orchid nursery, a mini-zoo and twice daily shows with cultural and traditional performances plus an elephant show with nothing else but elephants painting. An impressive Thai Cultural Show, and the largest and most beautiful botanical garden in Southeast Asia.

Besides the traditional shows, visitors will have an opportunity to see religious ceremonies, martial arts. Ride on elephants or indulge yourself in the beauty of the garden. There is a lake where pedal boats can be rented. Restaurants and even accommodations are available as well.

The first and highest seaside tower with a revolving restaurant. 240 metres high, you can stand and gaze at the beauty of the coastline and Pattaya City. Make a splash at Pattaya Water Park between Pattaya and Jomtien, is an enormous beach front water amusement park with water slides, whirlpools, swimming pools, and restaurants.
